What Is Next Phase Strength?

Next Phase Strength™ is a 1-hour strength training program in a small group setting. Each group includes 2–5 participants, allowing for expert supervision and individual guidance.

This program is ideal for:​

  • Patients finishing physical therapy

  • Adults who want a structured strength program

  • Anyone looking for expert guidance in a supportive setting

Each session is customized for each person, even though training happens in a small group. Exercises are chosen based on your goals, ability level, and comfort to support confident and effective training.

The program focuses on:​

  • Full-body strength

  • Joint support and stability

  • Proper movement and form

  • Progressive strength training

  • Building long-term confidence
