We start with a comprehensive evaluation in our Newark-Heath clinic to understand your unique restrictions:

Your Stretch Session
What happens during each session:
Warm-Up (5 min) - Light movement and breathwork to prepare tissues
Assisted Stretching (20-50 min) - Your therapist uses proven techniques to lengthen restricted areas:
