Reserve a time below and pay the $50 assessment fee. Pick the program you're most curious about — or tell us you're not sure and we'll help you decide.

Meet your therapist

Come in for your evaluation. We'll measure, screen, and talk through your goals, then map out a program that fits your body and your life.

Begin your program

Choose your package and start training. Your $50 fee for your initial assessment is credited toward it, so your first step forward is already paid for.
