What to Expect

Your Flexibility Assessment
We start with a comprehensive evaluation to understand your unique restrictions:
-
Range of motion testing – Measuring flexibility in all major joints
-
Posture and alignment analysis – How you hold your body at rest
-
Movement screening – How restrictions affect your functional movements
-
Fascial assessment – Identifying tissue restrictions beyond just muscles
-
Pain and restriction mapping – Where you feel tight, stuck, or limited
-
Goal setting – What you want to achieve (touch toes, better golf swing, less stiffness)
Your Personalized Plan: We'll show you exactly which areas need attention and how we'll address them.
Your Stretch Session
What happens during each session:
Warm-Up (5 min) - Light movement and breathwork to prepare tissues
Assisted Stretching (20-50 min) - Your therapist uses proven techniques to lengthen restricted areas:
-
Static assisted stretching – Gentle holds at end ranges
-
PNF stretching – Contract-relax techniques for rapid gains
-
Myofascial stretching – Addressing connective tissue restrictions
-
Dynamic assisted stretching – Controlled movement through range
-
Joint mobilization – Freeing up restricted joints
-
Neurodynamic techniques – When nerves contribute to tightness
Activation & Integration (5-10 min) - Strengthening exercises to "lock in" your new range of motion
Home Flexibility Program - Targeted stretches and mobility drills to maintain progress between sessions
