In response to COVID-19 and to ensure the safety of our patients and staff, Rehab Associates is proud to be offering Telehealth appointments through Anywhere HealthCare. The goal is provide quality care for patients from the safety and comfort of their home.

What is Anywhere Healthcare?

Anywhere Healthcare is a full-feature, HIPAA compliant, telehealth platform creating freedom for providers and access for patients. It can be used as an a stand alone telehealth physical therapy visit or to enhance your clinic treatment. We can perform evaluations, physical therapy treatments, and progress exercises, just like we do in the clinic.

How does it work for the patient?

Patients can join Anywhere HealthCare with basic information. Once they are logged in, they can choose their provider. Once the provider is chosen, they can request, modify, confirm appointments, and connect with their provider via a HIPAA compliant video or voice call from their computer, tablet, or phone with the app available on iOS and Android.

Are Telehealth Appointments Covered By My Insurance?

Some providers are covering the costs of these appointments. The number of providers accepting these forms of clinical services are growing by the day. If you would like to use your healthcare insurance to cover the cost of the appointment please call us to find out if your insurance is being accepted at this time.

What If My Insurance Does Not Cover Telehealth?

No problem! Due to the COVID-19 epidemic, we are offering reduced self-pay rates. The fees for patients are billed in 15 minute increments. $20 per 15 minutes. 16-30 minutes is $40. 31-45 minutes is $60, and 46-60 minutes is $80. Most Telehealth visits last for 30 minutes.

How Do I Get Started?

To get started, please call our office. Then, proceed to Anywhere HealthCare’s website and click the “Patient Sign Up” button. If you are using a mobile device or tablet, visit the App Store or Play Store and download the application to get started.
