INTRODUCTION: Holly is a local high school graduate from Newark City Schools. Following graduation, she continued her education at the Ohio State University where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in occupational therapy. After practicing as a therapist for about four years, Holly returned to Ohio State University where she received her Masters degree, also in occupational therapy. She specializes in pediatrics, especially sensory processing/sensory integration, and assistive technology. Holly has been part of our company since 1990.

EDUCATION: Holly attended Ohio State University in Columbus where she received a Bachelor of Science degree from the School of Allied Medical Professions – Division of Occupational Therapy in 1989 and a Masters degree in Occupational Therapy in 1996. In addition, Holly has attended many clinical continuing education courses such as: Sensory Integration (SI), Neuro Developmental Treatment (NDT), Assistive Technology (including Augmentive and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices) and Aquatic Therapy.

EXPERIENCES: Holly has evaluated and determined treatment for early intervention, preschool and school age children to help increase independence through school, home and outpatient environments. She also has planned and implemented oral motor programs including self-feeding. Holly has given many presentations and in-service lectures including the state conference of the Ohio Occupational Therapy Association (OOTA).
